"Dan apakah belum jelas bagi orang-orang yang mempusakai suatu negeri sesudah (lenyap) penduduknya, bahwa kalau Kami menghendaki tentu Kami azab mereka karena dosa-dosanya; dan Kami kunci mati hati mereka sehingga mereka tidak dapat mendengar (pelajaran lagi)?"
